This Week’s Lineup!

If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:

1. Chop your veggies

Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.

Orange Sesame Chicken Salad with Quinoa: Peel and slice the oranges. Chop the broccoli and the red onion.

Bún Thịt Nướng: Make the pickled carrots. Chop the lettuce.

Mango Quinoa Nourish Bowls: Slice the mango, cucumbers, and red onion.

Salad/Summer Rolls: Make the pickled carrots.

2. Prepare your sauces

Make the dressing for the Orange Sesame Chicken Salad with Quinoa. Make the Vietnamese sauce. Make the dressing for the Mango Quinoa Nourish Bowl. Make the walnut sauce.

3. Prepare your protein

Cook the quinoa, and cook and slice the chicken breasts (Orange Sesame Chicken Salad with Quinoa). Prepare the pork. Grill and slice the chicken breast.
